Thanks for checkin' out my webpage. I am A second year student here at south seattle community college. I am majoring in psychology.I am the student commissioner for the Chicano/a, Hispanic, Latino/a students and staff of south seattle community college.
I facilitate monthly meetings for student and staff so they can get to know each other and talk about different issues that effect us as C/H/L students and staff.
I also help cordinate latino events through the Office of Diversity, such as 'Dia de los Muertos', and 'Cinco de Mayo'. Just to name a couple.

C/H/L commissioner and other latino staff members will be doing some fun stuff for the latino community. We will be showing a movie called 'Like Water For Chocolate' and having a discussion afterwards. We will also be having a dance group come in and do some native mexican folk dances.
